I purchased a desktop maybe * months ago, if that, from BestBuy. Had an employee pick it out and took their word that it would be an incredible computer. I believed they knew more about computers than me so I went with their recommendation for this desktop instead of a laptop. The desktop has been slow since I started using it. Antivirus software is not detecting anything so it is still clean. I am very disappointed in the help I received for the product that I now have. I can not use it for what I would like and the trade in value for this new computer is approximately $** at BestBuy. I do not want a computer that I bought under false information. This was a giant waste of time and money and I am disappointed. I used to always have great experiences purchasing computers from BestBuy and the employees know what they are talking about when it comes to operating software and processor. This employee gave me false information and it is showing.
