The issue in GetHuman-yympc's own words
Hi there, my name is Lan Wen. I’ve been order mobile plan and reordered home internet plan last Monday (May **) by phone , BCCWWQ*T is the order summary number that I received on that day. I also did everything bell asked me when there was a issue about request the carrier remove the port protection and get the account number. *Last Friday, a representative informed me on the phone that my SIM card is on the way and will be arrive in three to five business days to my address. I was so excited and waiting for the whole week. The magic thing happened is when I called bell today wondering where is the SIM card and the representative told me that my order is canceled. I never canceled my order and no one informed me or explaining why that my order is canceled during the the whole week! Also, the representative put me on the waiting line and I waited ** minutes on the line , at the end no one there. I don’t know what’s happening!! Very disappointed!*I’d like to get my order back as soon as possible, my phone can’t work without internet and data .
