Hi,**I was at Bath and Body works on ******** at the friendly center location in Greensboro, NC. I went to use a retail me not coupon for $** off $**. The cashier who was helping us (Nia B. is her name) was rude and said that you no longer accepted retail me not coupons and if she accepted it, she would lose her job. I then told her that I have used retail me not coupons almost every time I’ve come into the store. She then proceeded to give me the discount but was complaining about it the entire time and told me Oh well I guess it’s just my job I will lose. As someone who is a manager at a retail store in the same shopping center, I understand that associates get frustrated during the holidays but I do not appreciate employees being rude to me for no reason. I was extremely kind to her as I am to everyone, but I do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect as a customer in your store. It would be great if you could inspire your team to be a little more gracious during this holiday season as we are all going through struggles no one knows about. Thank you for your time.
