I have been trying to call and I keep getting hung up on. I have also sent emails that haven’t gone through. I’m very frustrated. **I set up autopay & it didn’t go through yesterday. I also tried to contact customer service yesterday to confirm the autopay went through but could not connect with anyone. I have never had this much trouble getting in touch with someone. I’d like to understand why my autopay doesn’t go through & for the late payment fee to be removed from my account.
