The issue in GetHuman-baharlou's own words
i put the sim card in,turned phone on,selected my language accepted terms and continued to each step.it is currently at the part where it says downloading update and that it may take up to * minutes,and then my device will automatically restart.it has been almost two hours and it just still says downloading.at one point it stopped and had the option to hit retry download which I did but it is still doing same thing and taking forever ...its not working help
