i tried to get this solved by live chat but no luck. on my BB&T checking account 'history' it shows that a check to Spectrum*Time Warner Cable was processed on **** as i requested. Spectrum still has not received it. i've talked with them and all contact info is the same even tho they've changed from Time Warner to Spectrum. What can you do to help me? Spectrum is saying i have not paid the bill of $***. Can you cancel the payment which was not received by them and reissue it immediately?
