I called the costmus, I emailed to the vice president via survey email. ... To whom it may concern,*I had a terrible experience in the rental I made within ** hours. Most of them have been double charged , in additional, as the Optional Services Total Taxable and Optional Services Total non Taxable, I didn't be explained when I checked in at Ronal Regan Airport. When I returned the car, I asked the staff about the overcharged* she could give a reasonable answer.
