June 11, [redacted] To Audi Customer Care Support: We are reaching out to share our disappointment with the lack of assistance in restoring the Wi-fi system in our Audi vehicle (Vin # WA1E2AFY1L[redacted]). Despite the car being serviced and deemed functional, we have been without Wi-fi for nearly three months. The technicians at Audi Las Vegas have contacted Audi Connect-ATT for help but have not received any responses. We renewed our Audi-Connect Wi-fi service on April 8th, and this issue persists. We are frustrated by the prolonged lack of resolution and hope for a prompt intervention from Audi to rectify this matter. Please feel free to reach out if more details are required. We look forward to having our Wi-fi service reinstated promptly. Thank you for your attention, Best regards, John and Thomascena Kitt [redacted] Cutlass Bay Street Las Vegas, NV [redacted] [redacted] or [redacted]

Dear Audi Customer Care Support, We are disappointed with the lack of help in resolving the issue of regaining Wi-Fi access in our Audi vehicle (Vin # WA1E2AFY1L[redacted]). Despite being told there is no problem during service, after almost three months, the Wi-Fi remains unusable. The technical team at Audi Las Vegas has tried to work with Audi Connect-ATT to no avail. We reached out for assistance as we renewed the Audi-Connect Wi-Fi service on April 8th, yet the issue persists. We are frustrated with the lack of resolution and hope for better support from Audi. Please contact us for more information and forward this to the relevant department. We expect the Wi-Fi service, which we pay for, to be restored promptly. We look forward to a swift response. Sincerely, John and Thomascena Kitt Las Vegas, NV

I purchased a beautiful [redacted] Audi A4 Quattro 1.8L from a friend, but it seems like its performance doesn't match its appearance. The car runs poorly, especially when shifting gears, making it feel unsafe and in need of serious attention. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints related to waiting for disability income, I can't afford to repair it right now. I know restoring it to its original state, especially with added features like protecting the CCM and the transmission, would cost a significant amount. I adore my Audi and wish it could run smoothly like it should. Despite my roommates' BMW and Mercedes running flawlessly, my Audi's performance is disappointing. I hope there's a way I can receive assistance from Audi headquarters to make it safe to drive again. I cherish my car and dream of it running perfectly once more. Thank you for any help you can provide. Sincerely, Greg.

I'm J.N. Johnstone, and I bought a [redacted] Audi A8L 4.0T Sport from Valenti Audi in Watertown, CT on May 11, [redacted]. My VIN is WAU43AFD2GN012105. I initially purchased this car as a step towards owning my dream Audi S8 in [redacted]. Recently, I've felt let down by Audi because AT&T discontinued my WIFI hotspot on June 10, [redacted] without offering a replacement. I know that less expensive Audi models received upgraded 4G WIFI components after the 3G shutdown. This message is a plea for Audi to provide a 4G network feature or another functional hotspot replacement for my A8L. WIFI is a key feature that I love, among other exciting aspects of the car. I hope to restore my vehicle's functionality so I can enjoy it again before moving on to the Audi S8 next year. I ask for help in getting a 4G upgrade, similar to what other Audi models received. Thank you for any assistance in addressing my current disappointment with Audi.

Approximately a month ago, the service engine light on my dashboard illuminated, prompting me to visit my local auto parts store for a diagnosis. Following their assessment, they identified an issue with my turbocharger. I reached out to the Audi dealer on May 28th, but the earliest available appointment was on June 24th. After dropping off my vehicle for service, I was informed that the extended warranty on the turbocharger had expired on June 14th. Today, I received the diagnosis indicating a fault with the turbocharger, specifically p0299 turbocharger underboost. Upon inspection, they discovered issues with the n75 wastegate bypass regulator valve not holding vacuum and the n249 turbocharger recirculation valve diaphragm being torn. They recommended the replacement of both valves. Despite these components being part of the turbocharger, the repair was deemed not covered under the warranty. I am puzzled by this decision and seek clarification from Audi of America. The expected out-of-pocket repair cost is $[redacted].29, and with 56,[redacted] miles on the vehicle, maintained in good condition, I hope for a favorable resolution.

I am frustrated with my experiences at Audi South County in Santa Ana, CA. During my first visit for a seat cover replacement and key issues on my [redacted] A5 Cabriolet, the seat cover part from Germany took over two months to arrive. Despite this, the key problem was not fixed, and the car alarm sensitivity was made worse. I was also disappointed that the dealer did not offer a loaner initially, leading to complications with a rental car. Additionally, on my recent visit for the seat replacement, I was promised a loaner but was informed upon arrival that none were available and my car wouldn't be ready for days due to a lack of technicians. This lack of consideration for customer needs and repeated inconveniences have soured my opinion of Audi South County. I hope Audi is aware of the poor service I have received and the negative impact it has on their brand. Best regards, T. McClung

I currently own a [redacted] A8 certified pre-owned, which is my 5th A8. Additionally, I have a [redacted] A4. I am dissatisfied with the service for my A8, as I have been waiting for 10 days for Audi to approve a warranty repair for an oil leak due to a faulty gasket on the engine. My vehicle is at Freehold Audi in NJ with the VIN WAU43AFD5HN003867. The dealer claims all necessary information has been submitted, but they are still waiting for authorization. This prolonged wait is unusual in my experience with Audi, dating back to the introduction of the A8 model in the US. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may consider moving on from Audi. Thank you, Michael Goldman.

I have been experiencing extremely poor car service at Audi Arlington in Virginia. My car has been in their possession for 30 days now. The excuses I have been given, such as a technician's personal issues, are unacceptable. It is frustrating that they have not addressed the noise issue I brought the car in for initially. Communication with the service manager has been challenging, and my agent's explanations are unsatisfactory. I feel like my agent is inventing stories, and the lack of progress is concerning. I am tired of waiting and just want my car back. This prolonged delay in fixing a ball joint or suspension problem is unacceptable.

My [redacted] Audi Q5 TDI experienced a reductant pump calibration failure on June 6, [redacted]. Following repairs at Hunt Valley Audi in Maryland, I encountered issues with a damaged o-ring causing diesel exhaust fluid to leak, resulting in damage to the wiring harness and connectors. The dealer ordered a replacement part from Audi Germany around July 25 after a delay in providing a loaner vehicle. As of now, the status of the ordered part and its delivery remains uncertain. I am seeking assistance from Audi USA to liaise with Audi Corporate in Germany to track the shipment and determine an estimated time of arrival. If the part has not been dispatched, I am requesting an expedited delivery. Thank you.

I recently took my Audi S6 to Prestige Imports in Denver for service. Despite making an appointment over a month in advance, my car was not serviced on time. While parked in an unsecured area, my vehicle was broken into, resulting in a broken window, scratched paint, interior damage, and residue on the exterior. I shared my disappointment with the service manager, Ben, and hoped they would address the issues. Unfortunately, upon receiving my car back, it was not repaired as promised, including an exterior detail and a service discount. I felt let down as a loyal Audi customer and expected better treatment. I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided and insist they return my car to its original condition. This situation is unacceptable.

My [redacted] Q5 battery died, and Devon Dealership in PA took two days to diagnose it without providing a loaner car. They claim the electronic core is draining the battery due to a leaking sunroof, which has never leaked. It would cost about $[redacted] for a new battery and core. However, now they are saying it could be closer to $4k to set the core back into the frame. Additionally, there is an issue with the center differential affecting my transmission. I am frustrated that these repairs are not covered under warranty, especially since the car is only four years old with minimal mileage. I previously owned VWs, and I expected better reliability from Audi. I urge Audi to consider covering some of the repair costs to uphold their product's reputation.

I am optimistic that my concerns will reach the appropriate individuals. My spouse and I bought a [redacted] Audi A5 Cabriolet in June [redacted] and have been experiencing ongoing problems with the keyless system. Despite replacing batteries and reprogramming the computer, the system still malfunctions. Unlike previous experiences with similar systems in other vehicles, we face challenges such as needing to remove the keyfob from our pockets for the system to work and receiving alerts of no key while driving. I am concerned if this is a common issue with Audi or this specific model. Please don't hesitate to reach out for further clarification on this matter. Regards, R. Berlocker

Yesterday, while driving my [redacted] Audi Q8 back to the office, I received an Electrical System Malfunction warning. I pulled over, called Audi Roadside Assistance, and was unable to find a nearby dealer for a towing service. The next morning, Audi Roadside Assistance connected me with an out-of-network towing company, requesting payment by credit card for their service. Despite providing my credit card information twice, the tow truck did not arrive within the promised time frame. Attempts to contact the towing company were futile, as their provided phone number turned out to be fake. Audi Roadside Assistance was unable to reach the towing company or driver and promised to find an in-network tow company and prevent the $[redacted] out-of-network charge. After more than 24 hours, Audi was finally able to arrange an in-network tow service. However, a $[redacted] charge appeared on one of the credit cards I had provided to the out-of-network towing company. I have already requested replacements for both cards. This stressful experience has led me to contact Audi Headquarters to address these issues promptly.

I have a diesel Audi Q7 currently at Stevens Creek Audi since December [redacted]. I've been waiting for about a year and understand the supply chain challenges, but this situation is becoming unacceptable. Despite making several calls to the service department requesting to speak with the dealership manager, I haven't received any callbacks. At this point, I am considering a buy-back or trade-in option as I need a new car. I used to be a satisfied Audi customer until this problem arose. I own several other vehicles including a [redacted] Range Rover Sport, Mercedes CL55 AMG, and a [redacted] Range Rover Super Sport, and was considering Audi for future purchases. Please reach out to me to discuss a trade-in. The Audi Q7 is registered under my company, Silva Sausage Co. My name is Fernando Martins. Thank you.

After starting the car, I had multiple warning lights appear simultaneously (hill hold, tire pressure, temperature, check engine, etc.). The dealer diagnosed it as a Faulty Wheel Speed Sensor, previously repaired on a different wheel. I've had to buy tires multiple times before due to a wheel problem never identified. Now, the sensor issue persists. Despite regular maintenance and low mileage (51,[redacted] miles), I'm looking at paying nearly $[redacted] for this repair at least three more times. I'm frustrated that Audi hasn't addressed this recurring problem with a recall or fix. I initially enjoyed my Audi, but now I'm reconsidering my loyalty. I need a reason to stay with Audi rather than switching to another car brand.

I've experienced multiple problems and repairs with my vehicle. After filing a complaint, I was informed that I would be sent a form to fill out, but I have yet to receive it. When attempting to reach a representative by phone, I was informed that the expected wait time is between 2 and 4 hours. This seems incredibly unreasonable. My name is Jeffrey Rimland, and the last six digits of my VIN are [redacted]. It would be greatly appreciated if you could locate my file in your system.

On October 30, [redacted], I bought a CPO [redacted] Audi Q3 with VIN: WA1EECF36N[redacted] and [redacted] miles from Lynbrook Audi, NY. They kept the car due to an active recall (NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V-[redacted]) for fuel system issues. After the recall repair on November 15, I noticed a loud vibration from the undercarriage and a faulty fuel gauge. The dealer acknowledged the issues and put me in a loaner vehicle. During a test drive on November 18 with technician Novak, the noise was identified near the fuel lines and the fuel gauge problem was noted. The dealer needs approval from Audi Corporate for parts replacement, causing delays. Despite promised updates, I haven't heard back since December 30. Unable to reach Audi USA due to long wait times, I seek advice on how to proceed. Thanks, Phil Salerno.

On 10/30/22, I bought a Certified Pre-Owned [redacted] Audi Q3 with VIN: WA1EECF36N[redacted] and [redacted] miles from Lynbrook Audi, NY. Due to an active recall (NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V-[redacted], FUEL SYSTEM), the car was held back until the fuel tank was replaced on 11/15/22. However, after taking possession, I noticed a loud vibration from the passenger side undercarriage when slowing down and issues with the fuel gauge misreading levels. The dealer had me return the car for inspection with a technician named Novak on 11/18/22. The noise was acknowledged, and the fuel gauge concern noted. The dealer, Andrew, then took the car for further assessment, providing a loaner car. Numerous follow-up calls revealed delays from Audi Corporate needing more information to approve necessary part replacements. Despite promises for updates, as of 1/3/23, there has been no new information. I've only driven the car for 3 out of 65 days, continued loan payments, and need assistance in contacting Audi USA due to extensive wait times. Thank you for any help. Best, Phil Salerno [redacted].

I recently visited Audi of Wilsonville for my 115k service where I was quoted $[redacted], way above what other Audi dealerships offered for the same service. After comparing prices with two other dealerships and getting a lower quote, I still chose to proceed with the service at Wilsonville. The Service Director eventually reduced my bill by $[redacted] and provided a voucher for future work. I have been a loyal Audi customer for 25 years, having purchased multiple cars from the same dealership. However, I have noticed over the past few years that I have been consistently overcharged for routine maintenance and repairs compared to other dealerships. This has led to significant over-charges ranging from 20% to 40%. Despite the efficient and courteous customer service I have received at the dealership, the recurring issue of overcharging has been a concern for me. As a business owner myself, I value honest feedback and transparency. I am considering purchasing a new vehicle within the next 12-18 months and believe it is essential to address this overcharging matter before I share my experiences in a review. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ron E.

Hello, I am Militza Salazar, the owner of the Audi mentioned in the subject line. The car has been in for service and repair more than 8 times, costing over $12,[redacted] in the year [redacted], maxing out my coverage. After each repair, there were issues like sensor lights turning on, parts missing, cleanliness problems, and unpleasant odors. The car had to go back 4 times for the same issue, staying over 2 months in the workshop. Upon return, it was dirty, smelly, with engine cover issues. Mr. Leal is informed, and I had to use 5 loaner cars in total, creating a nightmare service experience at Audi North Miami. One incident in December kept me waiting for over 6 hours for a recurring problem after just 2 hours. Today, another service location found an oil leak, but Audi had no loaners until March. I am relocating in mid-February and cannot wait. I need a quick solution as I rely on a car and am facing challenges due to the repairs. Additionally, there is a safety recall pending.
