I filed * claims on October **rd, a repair for an iWatch and an iPad repair. I was sent labels to print and I was told that I would be sent boxes to ship these items to UPS in and they would arrive at my house within * - * business days, but they have not arrived yet. Can you please look into both claims to find out where these boxes are and let me know when they will be arriving? Service request *********** and ***********.**The chat function on your website does not work. I have tried it *x. The first time it told me to come back during open hours between *:**am and **:**pm CST, it was *:**am PST this morning. Then I tried another avenue and got Ava the chat bot. She first asked which carrier I used, I replied Verizon. She 'didn't quite get that' and asked again, I replied Verizon. I was then directed to the main website. I was unable to find a phone number to call Asurion that worked.**Many thanks for any help,*Jennifer Watson
