Terrible Customer Service

Get phone repaired under warranty ... I would like to make a complaint about the technician scheduled to replace shattered screen on cell phone today for Christa Lewis. Contact * ***-***-****. After contacting Assurion because the technician was no show and no call, we were told he claimed he was here at **:** am on **********. There is no record of a text , or a call . He did not come to the door. I have a video doorbell. No record of anyone at my door. I think we were blown off. There were * people home at that time. *The repair has been moved to a first available appointment of ********. This is ridiculous! We are leaving Christmas Day for Colorado and now with a ** yr old carrying a shattered phone. Can we not schedule the repair for some time on the **th in Littleton, Colorado. Is your service not available nationwide? I would think that is least you could do given your technician blowing off our scheduled appointment.*I would appreciate a response by a supervisor.*The phone should be repaired before ********. Like ***********Assurion marked the issue fixed! It is not fixed

Their technician lied about showing up for repair.

Repairing phone before we leave for Holiday ad it was scheduled

Called Assurion, was told they call ** min before arriving, didn’t happen. Told that they also text , didn’t happen. Also told they send picture of house to corporate. I’d like to see that as there were* vehicles parked at the house where they technician says no one was home.
