Hi I've been with the AT&T family for a very long time and Asurion I was asured customer satisfaction. Dear Asurion, because I was recovering from cancer treatment i wasnt able to choose a replacmet on a claim when it was sent to me, A (Dell lap top) . without my permission my** year old son took it upon himself to do so. The choice he took was not mine, and Without A full understanding of what to do. I do understand that he was trying to help yet he should have waited for me. I call in many times for * week now ,I was told that someone wIll get back to me, yet that never happened I had to reach out, and the reply I last got I was not satisfied. I felt like I was being brushed of, That's why I'm contacting you .to make it right I would like for Asurion to accept the return and give me the option that so allowed by Asurion to choose. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
