I recently switched providers to*Cricket.I received my phone and * days later it was stolen by a resident where I am employed,I called the police to get a report,*after getting the report I filed my claim and was told that I would receive a New phone by mail in * days,I have still not received my phone,when I called your company the second time they said they have no claim after an employee read the claim to me,so I faxed the paperwork for the *th time and was told that I have to pay $**.** to recieve the phone which was free for transfering my service to Cricket the phone was a Motorolla and the price in the store was $**.**.So somewhere along the line maybe an employee messed things up is this the treatment I get for switching my service is this the normal way you ***** your customers?I would like to speak to a corporate manager regarding this issue.
