I received my shipping label to send my phone in last week.. I took it to ups on wed the *th of august and you guys received it on friday aug **.. I received an email on tues. or wed stating that my replacement had been shipped i spoke with someone trying to get a tracking number and was informed that there was not a tracking number because the replacement I had chosen was out of stock... I was told that they shoud be receiving the replacement this week and today i was told that now it will be next week before they receive the shipment... I have been getting the run around all week and now i have to be without a phone for another week. i purchased this care plan thinking that i would be a good idea but now it has been an inconvenience to me...
