Calling exactly when they open at 8am is probably your best shot at reducing your wait time

Hi *I filed a claim for my lost device on **th July, **** and I submitted all my documents on **th or **th of July. After that, I got an email on **th July to complete my service request and when I tried to do it, it said the address is invalid. I called Asurion Customer Service and they said the shipping address needs to be verified and it takes ** to ** hours. On August *st, I received an email to complete my service request and when I tried to do it, the same thing happened. I called Asurion customer service and they told me the same thing it will take ** to ** hours to verify the shipping address again. I waited and called them after * days but they told me same thing just wait. On **th August, I messaged Asurion on Facebook and got a positive reply from them. I got a call from the office of the CEO and they said everything is approved but the device is on back order, so I will have to wait and I will get an email soon. I got an email to complete my service request and I called Asurion customer service and they processed my payment. On **th August, the payment was not processed and I called in to confirm that the payment is processed. The representative told me that the address needs to be verified so you have to wait another **-** hours. I don't know what is going on from your side. But, it's been almost a month that I am without a phone. I request you to please take this matter seriously as I am already frustrated from the services you are providing me and the way you are dealing with me. Please help me out and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will really appreciate your help. Thank you Hoping to hear something positive from you soon.
