On July **th I filed a claim on my old phone because the screen was shattered. *So * days later I received a replacement phone and it started acting up and having problems locking up shutting on and off and all of the keys on keyboard as well as apps kept freezing up. so I called again to report it. That was in August *th *Another replacement phone was sent and I received it yesterday. However, upon completion of setting up the *nd replacement phone I discovered that when making voice calls I could not hear out of the phone as well as the person in the other end couldn’t hear me. I tried reloading everything * times after and still having the same problem. *I’ve also noticed that both phones were refurbished phones that obviously had issues before that were fixed. *My original phone was a new phone when I bought it and everything was in good working order other than the screen getting shattered. *This is the *rd time that I’ve had to contact you and would really like to get this issue resolved before I send either of the first * phones back. *I would appreciate a new phone replacement so these inconveniences will quit happening and I can start using my phone again. *Thank you, Loren Jones
