My m** mixamp for my Astro A**’s is broken and I have went through all of the troubleshoot methods to see if it was the Xbox or even the controller (which it wasn’t). I have owned these astros a**’s for over * years and have the extended warranty on them and the customer service representative keeps asking for proof of purchase. I cannot stress it enough that I have had these astros for more than * years and that I paid cash for them and do not have a receipt as it was * years ago I purchased the headset. I have had a case before and asked them to look up the previous case where they deemed I was the original owner and sent a replacement piece. The case number was *******. They are not looking into it and keep saying that if I cannot provide proof of purchase that I cannot receive a replacement piece. All I want is the replacement mixamp m** piece that I deserve rather than being interrogated and told I’m a liar that I didn’t buy this headset and am not the sole owner of.
