I was received a fault card transaction by HSBC credit , the transaction is booked by goto gate which is a trip from Seoul to Taipei by Asiana Airline the booking number is QGPLNG. After I get the inform by bank immediately I call Goto Gate but they don’t help me to cancel the ticket to get back the refund. I’m really hope Asiana Airline can help me to solve this problem. Will be appreciated for all your help. Thanks.
