Hi there,**I booked some flights with Asiana Airlines yesterday and need to speak to someone abut a couple of issues:***) The names on the electronic itinerary*receipt are not correct**) I was not aware that my second flight is actually leaving from a different airport in Seoul and I am not happy with this.***I have been trying to contact your customer services over the phone for hours. It is a really difficult route and extremely frustrating not being able to speak to someone. Obviously, time is of the essence here, so could someone please contact me in regards to my booking.
