La base de la cama la fueron a instalar y cuando la iba a provar mi hija la persona que la instalo no quiso esperar a ver si funcionaba o no y se fue cuando mi hija le ablo y le dijo que no funcionaba no quiso regresar hablamos a ala tienda y no quisieron recibir el producto mi iba ya no quer*a el producto porque hab*a salido mal dijimos que quer*amos cambiar un producto regular porque la anterior era una base que da masajes y no quisieron recibirlo hasta el d*a de hoy a*n tenemos esa base que no sirve y no la an cambiado espero su respuesta por favor de antemano muchas gracias
