I called last week about some charges I had that I don't know anything about and they took it out of my bank account. I talk to a lady and she told me that it will take up to ** hrs or two to three weeks for a refund. The amounts that I am talking about are $** and $**.**, and there was another one $*.**. I haven't seen those amounts refunded to my account. I haven't gave my info out to noone. She ask me about people emails and i told her everyone email, but it wasn't none of those. I am furious because because i had money tooken out of my account and don't know who did it. I would like for those charges be refunded back to my card. I would like for someone to call me about this matter ***-***-****
