Went to apple authorised store in the curve Malaysia, they refused to accept iPhone *s for battery replacement without and appointment as it was the weekend, while other service matters were still accepted on walk in basis. Is apple’s authorised service agent trying to ruin Apple customer service reputation? Or simply trying to force customers to buy a new phone. Btw they will also not do any iPad Air battery replacements period. You will have to buy a new one...... what kind of service is this? I need to simply drop my phone off for a battery replacement. That all.
Simply referred to a piece of printed paper notice and refused to accept the phone period despite me saying that I can pick the phone up next week or later.

I have had many iPhones since apple * gs and I certainly did not expect the customer service to be so inconsiderate to require us to come in during working hours on a weekday. And they didn’t even offer to make an appointment after refusing to accept the phone.
