To all the amazing folks at Apple, I want to express our appreciation for the exceptional products you create. Recently, our family acquired 2 of the latest iPhone XR models, which are truly outstanding. The diverse color options and the exceptional camera truly stand out. While one of us encountered an issue with iCloud, your online expert provided valuable assistance. Despite this, there are moments of confusion while operating these devices. We kindly request a credit for our future purchases due to these difficulties. Additionally, we urge you to continue producing the iPhone XR for as long as possible. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got my cracked iPad screen replaced by an authorized Apple repair shop in Prague. Since updating to iOS version 12.3.1, I have been experiencing touch screen issues. The screen flickers between different apps and becomes unresponsive, requiring me to reboot the device. These problems occur sporadically, with days passing between occurrences. Sometimes the issue persists multiple times in a day. I'm unsure if this is due to the iOS update or the screen replacement.

Subject: Potential Phishing Email Regarding Apple Store Order
I wanted to report a suspicious email I received today. The message claims to be from AppleStore Purchase, thanking me for an order with Order Number W42K35351B. It seems to be a phishing attempt, and I did not make this purchase. The email includes details about an alleged Apple Store Gift Card being sent to [redacted]
I urge everyone to be cautious and not click on any links in such emails. To ensure your online security, it's essential to verify the legitimacy of such communications. If you receive a similar email, I recommend contacting Apple Customer Service directly for assistance. Stay safe online.
Thank you,
Nick

Hello! I am concerned that I may have fallen victim to gift card fraud. On the 27th, I purchased a $[redacted] Apple Store gift card. Today, while scratching off the security sticker, I noticed a scratched-off character that I could still identify by holding it up to the light. Curious but not overly worried, I proceeded to enter the redemption code. Unfortunately, the Apple Store indicated that the credit was already applied to another account. I have the receipt and the gift card with me for reference. I am quite disappointed and hopeful that the situation can be addressed. I am not seeking a refund but simply want the credit I paid for to be applied to my Apple account. As a loyal Apple fan, I trust that this issue can be resolved satisfactorily. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am trying to sign into my iCloud account on a device that is asking for approval from another device signed into my account. The issue is that I only have one device connected to my iCloud account, and that very device is asking for approval. When I try to get approval, my only choices are to approve from another device or delete all my personal information, which I do not want to do. Can someone assist me with this problem?

My case number is [redacted][redacted]. My name is C. H. N. Brown. I have an iPhone 8 Plus that is disabled because someone entered their Apple ID and password. I need to email Sprint my lease agreement so Apple Support can enable my phone. I missed the deadline, so I need another email to send the lease agreement. Please resend the email so I can get my phone enabled with my Apple ID. Thank you for your assistance. Apologies for any mistakes, I used the talk-to-text feature to write this message. Eagerly awaiting your response.

I bought a new [redacted] iPad on Amazon during Prime Day. It's set to be delivered this Friday, and I'm looking to purchase AppleCare for it. Can I buy AppleCare when I get the iPad and have the serial number at hand? I understand I need the serial number to purchase AppleCare.
I saw online that AppleCare must be purchased within 24 hours, but I want to confirm if it's 24 hours from receiving the item or from the purchase time. It's nearly 24 hours since I ordered it on Amazon around 10 AM yesterday.
I'm also curious if the Apple Pencil I bought on Prime Day will be covered by AppleCare. I'm on a budget since I just retired from a part-time university job without retirement benefits. Please text me at [redacted] with the steps to get AppleCare once my iPad arrives on Friday, 7-19-19, and if the Apple Pencil is eligible for coverage.
Thank you,
Paula T.

Dear Sir,
I purchased an Apple 6s mobile with a capacity of 16GB over 2 years ago. One of my operational mobiles faced screen problems, prompting me to open the new mobile from its sealed pack. Unfortunately, the new mobile is experiencing startup issues. I visited the customer care office at South Point Mall in Gurugram yesterday where an official mentioned that it cannot be repaired. I was informed that I could pay 27,[redacted]/- and surrender this new mobile for a replacement.
I would like to mention that this mobile was still in its sealed, unconfigured state. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the invoices for this purchase. Below are the details of the mobile:
IMEI/MEID: [redacted][redacted]
Serial Number: DNPQH8P5GRY6
Thank you,

I was shocked when I picked up my iPhone only to find it extremely hot, causing me to drop it and shatter the screen. The next day, the home button fell off. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that unless the battery warning light appears, everything is fine. However, I strongly disagree with this after experiencing extreme heat without the light coming on. Store staff claimed iPhones cannot be unbricked, but I believe otherwise as there are tutorials on YouTube. Apple used to prioritize customer service without insulting intelligence, but now, their reputation is declining. When my cell was stolen and I couldn't track it due to a forgotten password, it took three months to reset, rendering it useless. Both stores and customer service failed to assist, resulting in the loss of my iPhone. Despite reaching out numerous times via email, I doubt I will receive a response. Cases like mine not only affect me but also impact others and tarnish Apple's image among its customers.

To whom it may concern,
I have been a loyal Apple customer for over 10 years. I own multiple Apple products and have even invested in Apple stocks. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with Apple customer service on July 30th. I visited the Brooklyn (Williamsburg) Apple store to fix a video issue on my iPhone, which was still under warranty. The technician, Jonathan, advised me to back up my photos and contacts on iCloud before wiping the phone clean. After the reset, I discovered that all my photos and videos from July 15th onwards, including those from a recent vacation, were missing. Despite trying to restore the content, Apple support informed me that the data was irretrievable. This incident has left me disheartened as a long-time Apple advocate. I seek guidance on any further steps to address this issue.
Best regards,
Sophia K.

I'm attempting to sell my Apple iPhone, which I think is a 6 model. When I try to log into my Apple ID, it recognizes my email but requests a phone number that I no longer have after three years. I am unsure of what the phone number is. It keeps prompting for my Apple ID, followed by requesting a phone number or password. Despite having around 57 different passwords, none of them seem to work. Any assistance on this matter would be highly valued.

My iPhone won't charge despite trying three different cords. I received this phone from Verizon as a replacement. I plan to get a new phone after the 14th. Please call me at [redacted]. My current iPhone has low power at [redacted]. My home number is [redacted], but I'll be traveling to Sherman Oaks between 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. for an appointment with my car mechanic at 9:45 a.m. I do not use my email after 12 a.m., and my iPhone email is not working. I do not conduct transactions on the phone. Thank you, Vicky M.

I had a frustrating experience with Apple support. I was chatting with a representative who couldn't help me and directed me to an email specialist after abruptly disconnecting. I was then prompted with a $1 charge for human assistance, which I found unacceptable.
Transitioning from an iPhone 7 to an XR, I noticed that my iPhone 6s is receiving the same iMessages as the XR. Despite knowing my Apple ID and password, I keep getting locked out due to an old Apple ID password that I can't recall. Resetting the password multiple times has not resolved the issue, and the phone remains locked even after requesting an unlock email that never arrives.

Last summer, I purchased an AppleX (256GB). In January [redacted], I experienced issues with all the speakers. Apple Store replaced my phone due to no other damages. Around July 26th, my WiFi stopped working, which I noticed on July 30th when trying to connect to my car's Bluetooth. At the airport, my phone froze, and the touch screen became unresponsive. During a flight, a data reset occurred. Bluetooth worked in Portland but not WiFi. Upon returning to the desert, Apple conducted tests on August 5th, but since I was three weeks out of warranty, I was referred to my carrier, Verizon. It was discovered that my $47 monthly fee did not include insurance. Despite my eligibility for a yearly upgrade being affected by the phone's operability, Apple suggested against repairing the touch screen due to other failures. There is no physical damage to the phone, leading me to believe the X is defective with a speaker issue initially and later problems with Bluetooth, WiFi, and the touch screen. Considering the phone's value post-payment, requesting a replacement seems fair given these multiple malfunctions.

My Mac Pro (Retina, 13-inch laptop) screen unexpectedly turned black. It only works when plugged in, but the battery is currently at 90% and won't recharge. I can only use the laptop when it's connected to power. I got this laptop in late August [redacted]. The battery level shows "Replace battery". Where can I buy a new battery? How challenging is it to replace the battery? Can I do it myself? Will a new battery solve this issue?

I purchased a MacBook Pro 13” with a touchbar [redacted] for my granddaughter's college less than three weeks ago on 8/6/19. Unfortunately, today on 8/21/19, it wouldn't turn on. After taking it to the Apple Store in Charlotte, NC, they discovered the battery had exploded and the circuit board was fried, needing repairs despite having Apple Care. I find it frustrating that Apple won't replace the computer, as it's clearly a defective product. I believe there should be a new computer given instead of repairing this faulty one. The purchase was made at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden City, NY, under Chloe Rosario's name, who is a student at Queens University of Charlotte, NC. I am Betsy Bachety, located at [redacted] Arlington Ave, Baldwin, NY.

Hello, my name is Liu. The screen of my iPad Pro (Serial Number: DMPXK2UFHP50) stopped working back in early August. Despite being within the valid warranty period, the retail store in Shanghai IAPM refused to replace it due to some unrelated damage on the device. They claimed they couldn't determine if the damage was accidental and decided not to repair it at all. This response seemed unjustified and the staff's attitude was quite impatient, leaving me feeling upset. The repair ID on the receipt is R[redacted]13. I am currently in Europe, with the iPad left in China. I am hoping for some solutions to this situation.

My iPhone was stolen last Friday, and I activated lost mode using Find My iPhone. On Monday at 22:13, I received an Apple Support location message to the phone number I had registered in lost mode. Unfortunately, I missed a call from an unknown number at 22:16 while I was asleep. Then on Tuesday at 07:47, I received another Apple Support location link message. When I checked the link, the Find My iPhone site showed no devices registered. After checking my email at [redacted], I found an email from Find My iPhone sent on Saturday, reporting the last located location of my iPhone. Unfortunately, I didn't have access to my email for three days and only saw the email after the location session had expired. Currently, my Find My iPhone account shows no device registered. I've been trying to contact Apple customer service from Nairobi without success. Can you help me get another location email? Thank you.

I find the "app of the day" feed on the app store to be offensive. Yesterday, I saw a listing prompting me to download apps related to therapy, which I found inappropriate as I've never been diagnosed with a mental health condition. This isn't the first time the App Store has targeted me with insensitive listings. In the past, I received ads like "keep in touch with your grandparents" shortly after my last grandparent passed away, offers for Disneyworld vacations that I can't afford and have no interest in, and ads for lesbian dating apps when I'm heterosexual. It's frustrating that the platform makes assumptions about my mental health, interests, and identity. Apple should be more considerate of users' personal circumstances, allowing us to flag or hide irrelevant or distressing content. They should offer options to tailor the app feed to each individual's preferences. Thank you.

I need help creating an Apple ID and password that Apple will accept. I rarely use it, but when I do, I struggle to resolve the issue. This has been an ongoing problem for many years 😖. I wish I was joking 😱. Typically, I face this issue around the third week of September when I go on vacation. If you check the records, you will notice the pattern of spending countless hours contacting customer service and tech support at [redacted]. I am facing the same problem again now. All I want is to purchase apps and use GPS without any difficulties. Thank you.
