I recently submitted my iPhone X to the service center due to a speaker problem. The service center informed me via email that the speaker part needs to be replaced and they have ordered the necessary part. They initially mentioned that my mobile would be delivered by August 10th, but when I called on that day, they asked me to wait another day. After following up the next day, they requested I wait until the 13th. On the 13th, they called to report that there are undocumented damages on my mobile, suggesting it's not eligible for warranty repair. I am seeking assistance as I have all the emails and diagnostic reports from the service center to prove the initial speaker issue.

My spouse and I are not very tech-savvy. My spouse, Becky, has misplaced all her Apple ID and password details. I tried creating a new Apple ID for her, but struggled to change her password or set a new one. Becky had different email addresses with various passwords, which we no longer have. I registered a new outlook.com account for her and linked it to her new Apple ID. However, we are uncertain about the original email and password she used when she first got her MAC laptop, which is hindering us from creating a new password. Could you please assist us?
Thank you,
Phillip and Becky
Becky's new outlook.com email is:
[redacted], which might also be her new Apple ID that I recently set up, or it could be [redacted] We are unsure and still unable to generate a password. Becky cannot recall the answers to her previous security questions. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I recently received an email regarding an unrecognized purchase made using my Aρρle ID. Hi, my iPhone recently displayed a message saying the update was successful but then prompted me to enter my Apple ID and password. However, after entering the correct information, it keeps saying it's incorrect and doesn't give an option to change the password. Instead, it directs me to Activation Lock Help, which requires me to enter the Apple ID and password used to set up iCloud. Unfortunately, this has caused my phone to become inaccessible for calls, messages, emails, and general usage. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I visited the Apple Authorized Store in The Curve, Malaysia, and was disappointed when they declined to replace the battery of my iPhone 6s without an appointment on the weekend. Other service requests were accommodated on a walk-in basis. This inconsistency in service raises concerns about the store's commitment to upholding Apple's customer service standards. Additionally, they do not provide battery replacements for the iPad Air at all, implying customers must purchase a new device instead. The whole point was to drop off my phone for a quick battery replacement, which seems overly complicated at this store.

My MacBook Pro model A1707, with the serial number C02VV4NHHTD6, is experiencing a problem with one of the keys. The left command key has become loose and displaced. I took it to an authorized Apple store where they informed me that the butterfly clip holding the key in place had broken, and unfortunately, this issue is not covered under warranty. They suggested I visit the iShop for further assessment. After a diagnostic, the technician at the iShop confirmed the issue and quoted a repair cost of approximately 13,[redacted] Mexican pesos. My MacBook was purchased in April [redacted], making it only 8 months old. I contacted customer service in Mexico and spoke with Elsa (or Ilsa) who reiterated that the damage wasn't covered by warranty. I was then transferred to Karen Salas Lopez, who requested photos of the damage. Despite the technician confirming there was no sign of forced damage, Karen still stated it may not be covered. I am disheartened by the service received, especially considering Apple has acknowledged issues with their keyboards. I am willing to provide further evidence to support my case. Subject: Missing Message Thread on iPhone 8 Plus
Dear Apple Support,
I am writing regarding my iPhone 8 Plus. For some unknown reason, the message thread with a friend has gone missing. I have not blocked them, and there have been no recent Apple updates. I cannot recall accidentally deleting the thread, but it's a possibility.
All other features on my phone are working properly, and my other message threads are intact. Is there a way to recover this specific thread, which spans about a year, without resorting to resetting the phone and using iCloud or iTunes backup?
His contact details are still saved in my phone book.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Larry James G.

I bought a new 27-inch iMac on Amazon. It arrived on Nov. 27, [redacted], and I've been having trouble with the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. They freeze after the computer is in sleep mode or randomly, requiring me to shut down with the power button. I contacted AppleCare on Nov. 29, [redacted], and have tried various fixes suggested by tech advisors, but nothing has worked. Apple Support wants me to take the computer to an Apple Store for testing, but I believe they should just send me a new computer since it's been problematic from the start. I've spent many hours trying to resolve this and missed the return window from Amazon. Apple won't send a new computer, fearing I might not return the defective one, which I find frustrating.

I purchased an iPhone XR and an Apple Watch Series 4 at Rockingham NH Mall last Monday. I requested a 10% military discount as a dependent of a deceased Air Force pilot who was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam. The saleswoman mentioned I could only apply the discount to the iPhone, not the watch. I recently discovered I could have applied the discount online, which would have helped my tight budget. Being an Apple customer since the late 1990s, I value their products and service. Can someone assist me with this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received a notification on my iPhone indicating that a new iMessage was generated on my iPad using my Apple ID. Upon checking, I observed that my iPad has not been logged into my Apple account since the end of January based on the last messages in the iMessage folder, and the Contact list is also not up to date.
Although my wife frequently uses my iPad for internet browsing, she does not have knowledge of my Apple ID password. While it is possible for her to access it with effort, considering the outdated messages and contacts on my iPad, I find it unlikely that she signed in. Even if she had managed to retrieve the password, she could easily have asked me to log in, which I would have done while being at home.
I am uncertain if this situation indicates a security breach, and I have set up a call for 9 AM tomorrow to address this issue.

Issue Not Resolved
I accidentally marked as fixed, but the issue is still unresolved. It's been ongoing since December. Hackers have taken control of my phone, I can't make or receive calls at [redacted]. I have a case with Apple dating back to December, but it has never been resolved despite numerous calls. My businesses have been severely impacted, with fraud occurring. Despite reaching out to Apple corporate multiple times, I haven't received the necessary assistance. Sabrina from Orlando was the only helpful IT person, but she got blocked. Since then, hackers have wreaked havoc on my life, affecting my devices and work. I'm desperate for help and wonder if Apple has a fraud department or law enforcement support. The situation is dire, and I feel isolated and hopeless. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my phone that have led to various problems. My Facebook account seems to be causing problems with every phone I use. Also, there is a GoDaddy certificate linked to my accounts that is being used to turn them into businesses without my consent. Additionally, my phone is being tampered with in a way that affects my Equifax information and connects me to unwanted activities. I am losing access to my Gmail accounts, and I am being harassed, along with my daughter, by unknown individuals. There are concerning connections to adult websites using my name, and someone has created a Twitter account with my information. Furthermore, my personal domain is being misused. This has caused me a lot of stress and even financial loss due to online fraud. I also experienced a physical attack that resulted in hearing loss. I am seeking resolution to these issues as they have caused me significant distress.

When I purchased my iPhone 8 a few months ago, the technician accidentally used a Gmail address as my Apple password and misspelled my name as "macquerrie" instead of "macquarrie". I have already worked with an Apple technician to change my Apple password to an iCloud address with the correct spelling of my name.
I would like to now remove the Gmail address, unless it is necessary to keep it. If I need to keep it, I would like the spelling corrected. Currently, I have working email addresses with Comcast.net and iCloud.com.
Tomorrow, I plan to buy a Mac Laptop at Tacoma Mall to sync my phone photos with my laptop. I am 75 years old, slightly hard of hearing, and prefer to work with a tech who is a native English speaker and speaks slowly.

I sent in my iPad Air Pro for a charging port issue, and Apple replaced it with a refurbished one. Within a month, the replacement stopped charging. Apple asked me to return it and then accused me of having the device modified by a third party. Even after explaining that we hadn't done so, a senior customer relations employee named Troy claimed we had altered it but wouldn't provide details due to confidentiality. He refused to reconsider or disclose what had been modified, leaving us with a nonfunctional replacement iPad and no resolution. Apple's refusal to address the issue and the lack of transparency in the process have been frustrating, and I just want them to fix the replacement iPad promptly.

I signed up for iTunes for a month, but canceled six months ago. Despite not using iTunes and not owning any Apple products, I've been charged $10 monthly since. I'd like a refund as this has been ongoing since canceling. I can provide details about my account and the computer I used at the time. I've been mistakenly billed continuously even after canceling, using a different credit card. I'm dissatisfied with the service and seek a resolution.
