I’m trying to start new service at an apartment I’m moving into. I called on Thursday of last week, was told someone would call me the next day to set it up, and no one ever called, and I still haven’t heard from anyone today. I work all day and can’t call while I’m at work. Please help me resolve this issue. I’m anxious to get moved in already..
I trust that Appalachian Power Co (WV) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
