Get an answer to the above question ... Trying to find out why BP medication not covered, even though it says it does in the web site. Every time we call and ask for representative it transfers then hangs up. REALLY FRUSTRATING.**What do we need to do to TALK TO A HUMAN?
My time is important, we spent over an hour trying to get through, and never did. You can't just stop taking BP medication because you won't cover it.
