If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was on animal jam streaming with my friends and I did not give my password to anybody, and someone commented that I'm going to get hacked and I did, they logged me out so I changed my pass and they did it again, it was all on video as well, the moment I logged back in my whole game was wiped, all my art and spikes and headdress and everything, my youtube is Saphireblue****, it was my most recent, my password was changed multiple times and still got hacked, I was using a secure software that did not need my password but I dont know how to get anything back, I have been playing over * years and go a lot of stuff, they also took my pets as well, o dont want to get banned, my account on AJ is saphireblue****
