I am reaching out because my child with autism fell victim to a scam by another player on Animal Jam. They have a strong desire to connect with all players but have become wary due to past bullying experiences. It is my hope that we can prevent such negative behavior from persisting among players in the future. The player involved seems to be using a fake account, with the username "rottenx" where the letter 'o' has a slash through it. They managed to deceive my child and take away a magenta seal that belonged to them. It appears they swiftly transferred it to their alternate account. My daughter's username is "fairprincess1." On her account, the associated email used to be kdnc1976@yahoo, but please reach out to my new email address at [redacted] Your assistance in retrieving the stolen seal and addressing such player behavior is greatly appreciated.

While playing Animal Jam, a non-member wolf appeared at my den and mentioned an Animal Jam survey for promo items. They directed me to search on YouTube for "jammers jam christmas survey" claiming it was the last day to participate for exclusive items. The wolf mentioned some items were as valuable as black long spiked collars. I followed the link to a supposed "Animal Jam" login page, entered my information, but the screen went black. Realizing something was wrong, I tried the official website and discovered my red long spiked collar was missing. The YouTuber's name was "consultion" and the black wolf's username was momdad200 or dadmom200. It seems the link I clicked led to a fake page stealing my login details. I hope to retrieve my lost item, which I worked hard to obtain. Thank you.

My Animal Jam account was hacked due to not following the rules, unfortunately. I tried an item generator offered by a college student specializing in hacking, leading to my account being compromised. I have taken steps to secure my account, but I am concerned about my parent account being at risk. The hacker cleared out my entire account, spending currency, deleting animals, and gifting items to others. Additionally, they even transferred my membership to another account. I am unable to identify the hacker, but I seek assistance to prevent this from happening to other players. I request the return of my items, including spikes, rares, diamonds, and more, to whatever extent possible. If not resolved before "Feral" is released, I may consider moving on from Animal Jam. I canceled my grandson's Animal Jam account months ago but recently found an unauthorized charge of $29.95 on my credit card statement. He's 12 now and hasn't played the game for years. I believe it might be a yearly subscription charge. I'd like a refund and for my card to be removed from his account. His login details are: User ID: Brax88, Password: Braxton88. I made a mistake and my account got hacked, resulting in a suspension that feels unjust. I am particularly concerned about losing my masterpieces. I'm iloveshadowmypet, and I acted promptly by changing my password but still couldn't prevent the breach in time. I admit I made an error by trusting someone who turned out to be untrustworthy. This resulted in the theft of my rare and member items that I value greatly. I am frustrated with myself for this situation. Dear Animal Jam, I believe it's important to share my experience even if it might not be heard. When I tried to link my Play Wild account to Animal Jam to enjoy my Arctic Wolf without a membership fee, I was disappointed. I had to start all over again. It seems unfair that non-members face limitations, especially when we already have other responsibilities. It would be great if there were more options for non-members regarding animals and earning diamonds. Limiting non-members to only two animals feels restrictive. I am experiencing an issue with the political spectrum and the restricted words permitted in the game. During a recent test with a friend, we found that some political icons are filtered differently. The term "Trump" was not accepted, but "Joe Biden [redacted]" was allowed. This suggests a bias in filtering conservative viewpoints. As a concerned parent, I wanted to reach out regarding my daughter's Animal Jam account. Her username is now kokobruv due to a recent account change, and unfortunately, she was a victim of hacking. We suspect that her password may have been saved on a school computer, leading to the loss of her valuable in-game items. She mentioned having 2 rare long black spiked collars, 2 rare long red spiked collars, a silver rare New Years party hat, a red rare New Years party hat, 2 tan tiki masks, and 2 pink tiki masks stolen. Additionally, there were den betas and headdresses taken, although we understand these are no longer available. She is hopeful that some tiki masks and rare long collars could be provided in place of the lost items. Seeing my daughter upset over this situation is disheartening, as Animal Jam has been a source of joy for her. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Hello, my username is leopardsR4me. I am encountering difficulties with the gameplay adventures and my account. During "The Forgotten Desert" adventure, I faced a recurring issue where I would get logged out each time I attempted to open a chest after playing for about an hour. I encountered similar problems in "Search For Greely" where I couldn't obtain a torch at the start despite multiple attempts. Moving on to "The Hidden Falls" adventure, I couldn't progress past the initial door even after unlocking it with the key, despite several tries. Additionally, I noticed that various items have gone missing from my account, including valuable clothing items, den items, and in-store purchases. The disappearance of these items, particularly the neon bow and den betas, concerns me greatly as I had devoted time and effort to acquiring them. My daughter is unable to join adventures as it indicates she is already in an adventure lobby when she's in her den. I recently read that AJHQ is dealing with challenges caused by the pandemic. They have employees working remotely and acknowledge the problem but are struggling to resolve it because of the work-from-home setting. Specifically, we were trying to initiate the "Forgotten Desert" adventure, which nobody joined. After canceling, she is now unable to host or participate, receiving an error message stating she is already in an adventure lobby. The Adventure Base Camp still displays the "Forgotten Desert" with a locked symbol on it.

My daughter's account, smartone155, has been compromised. Upon logging into Animal Jam, she discovered that all her rare spikes were missing. Only the diamond shop spikes remained, with the red short spiked wristband, orange long spiked wristband, black long spiked wristband, and short pink spiked collar gone. The red and orange wristbands were purchased for 2 and 3 diamonds on sale, respectively. The black wristband was earned in the forgotten desert, and the pink collar was a gift for helping a fellow player. These items had been stored differently in her shop and inventory last time she checked. As loyal customers for three years, with a membership purchased two years ago, we kindly request a prompt replacement of these missing items due to this unfortunate situation.

My daughter's Animal Jam account, smartone155, has been hacked. Her password is gold155. Today when she logged in, she noticed that her rare spikes were missing. Specifically, her red short spiked wristband, orange long spiked wristband, black long spiked wristband, and pink short spiked collar were gone. The red and orange wristbands were purchased at a discount in the diamond shop, the black long wristband was acquired in the Forgotten Desert, and the pink collar was a gift from a fellow player. Losing these items is really distressing for her, especially since the pink collar has sentimental value. Previously, the red and orange wristbands were in her shop, while the black wristband and pink collar were in her inventory. We have been dedicated customers of Animal Jam for three years, with two years as members and one year as non-members. My account, username meguaaa, was permanently banned without any explanation. Despite researching possible reasons for the ban, none seem to apply to my account. I did not use profanity, violate guidelines, or have issues with my membership payment. The abrupt ban feels like a scam by Animal Jam. I've had this account for over 3 years, and losing my progress and over $[redacted] worth of items is distressing. A refund and explanation are requested if the ban stands. I want my account and items reinstated, as acquiring them took significant time. Animal Jam's lack of responsiveness to emails exacerbates the situation, especially for young players. Solely considering cases like the famous jammer Julian2's for unbanning is discriminatory. Animal Jam should show equal care and consideration for all players. I used to play Animal Jam/Animal Jam Play Wild, stopped for a while, and now want to return. However, I can't recall the password or parent email linked to my old account. I'm hoping to either retrieve my password or reset it. I would love to resume playing on my old account, Robinite. My Animal Jam account, "Fuzzywolf368," was hacked by a YouTuber named "phantomhacksaj," who used a deceptive method to retrieve lost accounts. They created a fraudulent email, "[redacted]," to deceive players. The hacker took several valuable items from my account, causing me distress as I worked hard for them since joining Animal Jam in [redacted] or [redacted]. I contacted AJHQ for help, but they were unable to assist in recovering my stolen items, despite others having success in similar situations. The ongoing struggle with the hacker logging into my account repeatedly was emotionally draining. After changing my password, the unauthorized access stopped, but I am still deeply upset. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and have evidence stored on my phone to support my case. Thank you for considering helping me in this difficult situation.

I have a one-month Animal Jam account membership, paid for by my mother. Unfortunately, the email attached to the account is incorrect. I have attempted to update the email by going to settings>update email>resend>edit, but each time I try, a grey loading circle appears. The loading process continues indefinitely until I am eventually logged out due to inactivity. I have made multiple attempts to correct the email to avoid being charged for another month of membership but have been unsuccessful. I have checked my internet connection, refreshed the page, logged in and out, and even searched for guidance on your "help" page, but nothing has resolved the issue. I seek assistance in resolving this matter to prevent further unwanted charges for membership.
