My son had an Animal Jam account in January and February of this year, and then we cancelled. After * months off, the account suddenly started charging me again in October and again in November before I noticed and used the Parent Portal to cancel again. I would like to be refunded the two $*.** charges and I'd like to be assured that this can't suddenly happen again. I don't see a way on their website to remove my billing information, and there is no way to request reimbursement, log a complaint, etc. The customer service phone number I found on the GetHuman site is constantly busy.
GetHuman-kolbj did not yet indicate what Animal Jam should do to make this right.
