Ancestry has been charging my account for the past three (that I know of) months the amount of $**.**. This is without my permission. They have failed to tell me why I was charged. They gave me no reasonable answer. I was recently widowed and hadn't checked the account for awhile. It is an account that is used for specific reasons. T me this is an unforgivable abuse of trust. I have been a member since the late **'s. I definitely deserve a * month refund.
GetHuman-dishong did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
