My spouse Patricia Pfaffly has been an Ancestry.com member for many years. Today she was automatically subscribed for a year for over $***.**. I called in about it and complained about the price and it being automatic. The rep was very helpful to lower the price and I used a different credit card as the one used previously was canceled due to fraud by an online scam artist. My wife noticed she is now listed as a new member which she is very upset about. Why do you have to do that? Please list her for the number of years she has been a member and everything will be fine. This should not be hard to do. Do not change anything else as Ancestry is very important to her.
