Also, ensure that your tree is not filtered or sorted in a way that hides some people. If the tree is very large, some parts may not display due to performance limitations, so zoom out or navigate to different parts of the tree. Make sure you're not in Family View, which only shows the ancestors of a selected person. If you're still unable to see your entire tree after trying these solutions, it could be due to a temporary system issue on Ancestry's end.
