I purchased the DNA kit, when we go to activate the code, it shows error, I have spoken with two of your representitives on the phone today with no success on getting it activated. I was told that I would have to return the kit to where I bought it letting them know its no good, I feel like Ancestry show replace it for me, I asked the rep on the phone why would you be selling a kit that can't be activated, their reponse was , return it to where I bought it, very disappointed with the customer service that I received today.**Jeff Larson
