Help with my Ancestry.com issue

My name is Gary Uglum and I started creating a family tree using my ipad and later continued using my PC. This morning I decided to continue my project using my ipad but when I called up Uglum Family Tree, I only saw where I left off on my iPad and the tree doesn't include work I did on PC. Is my work being store on device used or is it stored on your servers?

GetHuman-garyugl did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-garyugl fixed the problem
I never fixed the problem. I just clicked on the link regarding didn't fix problem and there is no place to enter reason so I'm using this box. I can call up site on PC get one thing and get something else using iPad. On PC I added about ** items but next day I opened site with iPad and have of the things were gone. I saw an article where this can happen if there is a miscontinuity but that's not what happened here. so answer is no I didn't get proble resolved, just more confusion. I'm sure I'm going through same thing others experienced adding not knowing yet the mechanics for creating family tree. Downloaded Amazon's Kindle book on Ancestry.com to get better understanding. It won't cover my problem about seeing two different trees for Uglum. Thank you.
