I called the ancestry number to cancel Margaret McLaughlin's subscription since she has been unable to get into the programs. I think it is more of an age issue since we have worked with customer support several times. The voicemail stated that they could not find the account with the credit card number. In fact, I have three subscriptions on that credit card. I have been on hold for over a half an hour on the upgrade (option *) to try to talk with someone. No luck and impossible to talk with a human. I do not want to be charged for renewal!!!!!! I am afraid I will be charged due to the impossibility of finding a way to cancel.*Linda McLaughlin
