I haven't used ancestry.com since my free trial ended and did not know they had charged my card twice for $**.** each. I got an email yesterday saying I was going to be charged again (which is how I found out about the first charge) so I logged in and cancelled my subscription. When I logged into my bank account this morning they had charged me another **.**. I would like to refunded for both charges as I did not approve them and I did not use the service.
GetHuman1976162 did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
