I attempted to cancel my subscription today. Everything worked perfectly fine until the final choice to cancel subscription and the button just circled circled circled and never completed the task visibly on my screen so I cannot know for certain if the cancellation went through or not. My account is due to renew tomorrow and I need to be sure that it will not renew and deduct money from my bank account. Please make sure my subscription has been canceled and no further monetary deductions will follow. Thank you.
