I canceled my subscription months ago and I have went back and reviewed my bank account and i have found that since march of this year I have been charged **.** for a subscription I am not suppose to even have. I do not and have not even used the website in forever and i should not be getting charged for this so i need to speak to someone about getting this took care of and getting my money refunded back into my account IMMEDIATELY!!!
GetHuman-tuckerfa did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
