I am fed up with my problems associated with both ancestery.com and the associated news paper subscription that I did not want access to.**I tried to cancel my subscription to ancestry.com last month and they said it was canceled . I am more than happy to pay on a month-to-month basis because right now in my life I am not using ancestry.com frequently enough to justify the cost of a monthly fee.**I want my **** for this month refunded. And then I would like to be sure that I will not be charged next month for a subscription fee.**Feel free to respond to this email with an assurance that this will be cared for. And some type of confirmation that the **** for this month will be refunded to me.
GetHuman-okolson did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.

I called Ancestry's customer service. THe agent I talked with immediately refuded the subscription price. I was impressed by her professionalism, understanding and rapid response. I could not have been more pleased in the process of resolving my problem
