Why can i suddenly not see my entire tree?

This could be due to a few reasons. It could be an issue with your web browser; so, we recommend trying to clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. Also, ensure that your tree is not filtered or sorted in a way that hides some people. If the tree is very large, some parts may not display due to performance limitations, so zoom out or navigate to different parts of the tree. Make sure you're not in Family View, which only shows the ancestors of a selected person. If you're still unable to see your entire tree after trying these solutions, it could be due to a temporary system issue on Ancestry's end.

Why am I unable to access hints on a relative

There can be several reasons why you're unable to access hints for a relative on Ancestry.com. Firstly, you may have opted out of seeing hints for that specific person. Secondly, there might not be any hints available for that relative due to limited data. Also, keep in mind that the generation of hints depends on the amount of information and accuracy of data you've added. Generally, more detailed profiles receive more hints. Lastly, remember that hints are sourced from other Ancestry.com records and trees, so if others haven't inputted/shared data relevant to your relative, you may not get hints.
