I processed a DNA Kit & returned to Ancestry.*I was initially billed $**.** which I paid.*I have now had e-mails w*bill indicating additional Ancestry DNA Kits ($***.**), which I did not order. Also, I received another bill for $**.** which I did not order. I have tried all day today to reach someone from Ancestry, to no avail. (I spent my whole day on this process, and I am angry and frustrated.) I made phone calls, and I sent e-mails, to no avail! I want to continue, but this has to be corrected or explained!
GetHuman-annlira did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
