November **st, we had two business class tickets between Los Angeles and San Diego. We purchased business class because we want certain advertised amenities, little things that make the trip nicer. But what we got was nothing, and buy nothing I mean not even a seat to sit in. Others had the same issue as there were people sitting in stairwells and standing in aisles creating a definite safety hazard. To make matters worse we did not see a single employee in our car the entire trip, which means our tickets did not even get scanned and no one came to check on us. Even when we went looking for an employee we could not find one. This is unacceptable and we would like a refund for this portion of our trip.

GetHuman-ilvjzs did not yet indicate what Amtrak should do to make this right.
