I am writing on behalf of my daughter Selena H., who received a letter regarding renewing or selecting a new healthcare provider, possibly Aetna or United. I am experiencing issues with my insurance coverage for wound supplies. When attempting to place an order with Byram Healthcare, I was informed that my bill from last month was not paid by the insurance company. Unfortunately, I do not have my health card with me. My details are as follows: Emmanuelle V, born on 7-16-[redacted], with the last four digits of my social security number being [redacted]. My address is [redacted] South Sheridan Avenue, Tacoma, Washington [redacted]. Urgently needing my insurance card. If possible, please reach out to Byram Healthcare billing services at 1-[redacted] in Everett, Washington. My insurance did not cover the wound supplies order number [redacted]5 from 1-25-19 for my leg ulcer. Assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Last month, I placed an over-the-counter order through the Walmart HBC app. It was my first time using the app, and while some items were available for delivery and some for in-store pickup, a few were missing. In my delivery package, there was extra space filled with packing paper, suggesting the missing items could have been included. Items like Equate pads or Immune C are consistently unavailable, and when I bring the catalog to Walmart, most items get kicked out during the checkout process. I'm wondering why essential items like Boost or Ensure aren't available for purchase. I'm 62 years old, on S.S.D.I, with health conditions like a left hip replacement, COPD, and depression. Due to my health issues, I no longer drive. I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you and God bless.

Subject: Concern Regarding Daughter's Medical Care I am writing to address a concerning issue my daughter has been facing with miscommunication at our pediatrician's office. During a recent visit, the doctor recommended iron medication for my granddaughter based on lab results. However, upon reaching the front desk to collect the prescription, they claimed there was no order written. This led to confusion and delays in obtaining the necessary medication. Despite repeated attempts, the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, and on the second visit, an incorrect medication was provided. Fortunately, my daughter identified the error before administering it to her child. Subsequent visits have also been problematic, with difficulty in obtaining the required medication for the child. As a young mother, my daughter feels her concerns are not taken seriously during medical appointments, impacting her ability to care for her child. We hope for prompt resolution to ensure the health and well-being of my granddaughter. Sincerely, Rose Sawyer

I am a consumer reporter at WATE-TV, an ABC affiliate in Knoxville, TN. A viewer insured by Medicare and Amerigroup recently received a phone call from a person claiming to be from Amerigroup. The caller solicited to merge her plans and requested personal information such as bank details and Medicare numbers, prompting her to report the incident to both Amerigroup and Medicare. They confirmed this was an illegal scam. According to regulations, cold-call solicitations are not allowed, and information about plans should only be sent by mail during enrollment periods. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
