**** november one of you sales person said she would keep my premium the same as last one ****.so Agreed to one payment on master card then pay through the bill pay on checking for rest of time . So I was paying through checking and the company continued to take out of my mastercard . therefore I have been making double payment I called to let your staff know and they act as if I have done wrong. I have been a customer for many years but evidently not a valued one. I sent you a payment for ********* of **.**. I feel someone should know .. they say they have no record of double yet my account shows I have made a total * pmt. some are **.** instead **.**. I will be waiting for an answer. your customer service personnel cause this type of issues.. they need to know it is not about them BUT the problem we as consumers are calling about.looking forward to getting this problem solved.
