I sent this email to rwyatt on **********.**"On ** October our refrigerator * freezer went out. Ice cream started melting in freezer. Never a good sign but we put the contents in our chest freezer and tossed what couldn't be saved. I called AHS to request service. I wa told by a robot someone would have to contact me later. Later turned out to be Monday when a secretary of th contractor called and send Wednesday between * and * PM. Today is Wednesday. I got a call from the same secretary who said the technician was ill and couldn't make it out until next Tuesday. *I pay your firm to get a contractor when the service is needed. You are responsible for that contractor. They answer to you, you answer to me. That secretary should have called you, not me when they couldn't fulfill their obligation because you could have dispatched another business on an emergency basis. I have to call your service department, which I did, but after waiting twenty minutes on hold I thought to myself why the **** am I paying almost $*** a year to a firm that doesn't care about their clients' problem getting something fixed.*If it were my washer or dryer I that needed repair, I could have always gone to the corner coin laundry for ** days. Dishwashers, garbage disposals, ceiling fan, etc aren't on a priority list but face it a refrigerator * freezer is. Now we've ordered take out for the past four days and it's going to cease after tonight's dinner. Milk, fresh vegetables and fruit won't last ** days along with other perishable items.*Your obligation is to get a contractor out, as in tomorrow ***** or get ready to pay for a lot of spoiled food. As a reminder, AHS agreed to pay for this service call's co-pay, so I better not see you tapping my checking account for another co-pay or there will be invitations sent out to explain your actions in a Texas court."**Either Ms. Wyatt is on vacation, no longer working for AHS and your firm hasn't updated anything or nobody at AHS no one gives a flying leap on customer service. I'm still without a serviced refrigerator after losing a freezer full of groceries, milk, creamers and produce. No one from your offices have called a second contractor and that is unacceptable.
