I've had two Platinum Cards - One personal and one corporate for *** years with a $**,*** monthly credit line and $**,*** "Pay As You Go" credit line - both have been cancelled. I've been late a few times over ** years but never over ** days and I average $**** spend per month. *Recently a payment was returned because I used an outdated bank account that was the default account in the past. I added two new bank accounts (COVID) that had ample funds BUT I inadvertently processed the payment on the previous account which caused the NSF return. I didn't even know until I was contacted by the bank about the NSF. I immediately reproccesed the payment on the new accounts and it was paid. I have a zero balance and a stellar record with AMEX. I need answers, I talked to one front line representative that took basic information for reinstatement, I need access to the AMEX platinum customer service team. I need the cards reinstated ASAP. I use AMEX for all business expenses and this has caused a huge problem for me, my family, and my business. I need help!
