The issue in GetHuman-selfpari's own words
January **** purchase an American Express Serve Card to make a purchase with Amazon.com for a cal king king koil air mattress airbed. **The purchase is the only purchase on that American Express Serve Card. In a couple of weeks ago refund will credit to the American Express Serve Card.*Please help with the refund credit to a previous American Express Serve Card or new American Express Serve Card brand new.

GetHuman-selfpari did not yet indicate what American Express should do to make this right.
