I have had an Amex Serve card for approximately 3 years without any issues. Recently, I changed my regular bank account that was linked to the Amex Serve card. After a few transfers from my new bank, my account was locked. I contacted customer service, and they transferred me to security. They checked my bank account for reasons unknown to me, and then I received an email stating that my account was permanently suspended. When I call them now, I am prompted to check my email. My concern is that I had a balance of $14.73 and a direct deposit from the IRS of $[redacted], which I have not received any information about from Amex Serve. The IRS confirmed that the deposit was made to my account. I am looking to receive my total amount of $[redacted].73. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried calling Serve's 24-hour customer service four times, but I am unable to proceed past the verification process. Despite entering the requested 4-digit number above and to the right of my card number multiple times, the system keeps asking for it repeatedly. After I fail to provide the correct input, the automated service ends the call by stating that I am unprepared. It would be more beneficial if Serve's automated service could redirect me to a representative whenever there is an issue. Alternatively, it could provide guidance on when to call back if a representative is not available. When developing automated systems, it is crucial to consider potential faults lie with the service rather than the user. Various glitches and accessibility challenges can arise during human interaction with automated systems. It is important not to assume that the system can anticipate all possible scenarios.

I am Miranda Shank. Unfortunately, I was recently terminated from my American Serve account due to a violation of their user agreement. Despite the situation, there is still a remaining balance on my card. When I contacted a representative, I was instructed to provide an indemnity letter, which my HR department requires. However, my HR is unfamiliar with this process and needs the bank associated with my card to contact them to explain the situation and the necessary steps to obtain the indemnity letter. I am reaching out to request that the bank connected to American Serve cards communicate with my HR to facilitate the retrieval of the indemnity letter required for me to access the funds on my card. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Miranda Shank.

I have been waiting for my Serve card for 10 days. After activating it, there was no money on it. Every time I called customer service, they kept hanging up on me. They created a new account without transferring my funds. Now, I'm told I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for a new card, but it has been 14 days with no card yet. When I called again, they mentioned something about it pending and hung up on me once more. This situation has left me homeless. The money on the account is $[redacted] and some change. Please, resolve this issue and release my funds.

I recently noticed an unauthorized food order on my card that I did not authorize. I always have my card with me and nobody else has access to it, so I am perplexed by this transaction. It is crucial for me to have that money to buy my medicine, so I kindly request the cancellation of that transaction. I value the service I receive from Serve and wish to remain a loyal customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gzele Marie Prevost Clark

I'm having trouble contacting Amex Serve as the automated system is not accepting my CVV#. Despite registering my card, the issue persists, and I keep getting disconnected after entering the CVV# several times. This is hindering me from filing a fraud charge against a deceitful company and seeking a refund. I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone through phone or email. Any advice on how to proceed in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty with my temporary Serve card from Jackson Hewitt. Today, I received the card and funds were deposited, but I couldn't use it at the ATM after trying to activate it via the toll-free number. I then set up a Serve account for a personalized card to be sent in 7 to 10 business days, but I still can't use my temporary card. I'm prompted to do an email verification, but since I've already verified my email for my permanent card, I can't verify the temporary one. Despite being told that emails with verification instructions were sent, I haven't received any. I need guidance on how to activate the temporary card. I've been dealing with this issue since earlier today, and not being able to reach a live representative is very frustrating. The automated service only offers assistance, and speaking with a representative seems impossible.

On December 14th, [redacted], I visited a location in Fayetteville, AR, and used the ATM there. The first withdrawal of $[redacted] went through smoothly. However, when I attempted another withdrawal of $63, my account showed four $63 ATM withdrawals instead of just one, along with an additional $43 withdrawal that I did not receive. I was informed that the ATM was experiencing issues, not providing receipts, and indicating my transactions as declined purchases. I am requesting a provisional credit to avoid being financially strained while the investigation into this matter is carried out.

I received a $[redacted] deposit, but unfortunately, I misplaced my Serve card. I tried to access the app and website without success, so I called customer service. I was informed that I needed to cancel the card and wait for a new one, which would lock my money. After finally gaining access to the app, I did a bill pay to myself, but realized it wasn't scheduled until December 22. I immediately called to cancel the payment but was told it had already gone through. I had to file a dispute and was assured a resolution within 24 hours, which didn't happen. After speaking to a supervisor, I found out it can take up to 48 hours. Three days later, still no resolution. I called, waited on hold, encountered a rude representative, and got disconnected when trying to reach the dispute department. This experience caused me so much stress that it spiked my blood pressure, and I had to go to the hospital. Dealing with American Express Serve prepaid card has been exhausting.

I am having trouble accessing my funds due to my locked card. One website mentioned that my card might have been compromised, but no action has been taken so far. I tried to activate the card as advised by an agent, but it did not work. In the process, I forgot my password. Dealing with cancer, I urgently need to pay my bills, especially before the end of this week as advised by Entergy. Whenever I call for help, I am passed around without receiving any helpful information. This situation is frustrating as I keep getting referred to different individuals who cannot provide solutions. I need a prompt resolution and a clear plan of action communicated to me via phone today. Please contact me at [redacted] as soon as possible.

I have been a loyal American Express member for over a decade. However, for the past three days, I've been unable to reach any representatives to resolve an issue with my card. I suspect there may be a hold on my account as I've encountered this problem before. Despite numerous attempts since Monday, I have been unsuccessful in speaking to anyone. It is Thursday now, and I urgently need access to my account. When I try to reach customer service, the system is unavailable after entering my social security number and my card details are not recognized. I need my regular card, ending in [redacted], reinstated. I've faced this issue twice now and urgently need to resolve it. Apologies for the inconvenience and I appreciate your prompt assistance.

I accidentally left my card in my other car, and I don't have the card number memorized. I need to check the balance to determine if I should request a new card. If there is no balance, I won't need a replacement. Can I provide my personal information over the phone to a customer service representative to retrieve my account balance and transaction history without the actual card number?

I kept calling repeatedly after being informed that my tax refund would be on my servicer card within an hour. After three hours, I called the Jackson Hewitt office again, only to be informed that it was taking longer than expected and would be on the card by the end of the day. On the second day, the money still had not arrived, and I am frustrated with the continuous calls. I have decided not to utilize Jackson Hewitt's services again and have advised everyone I know against using them as well.

I recently noticed an unfamiliar charge from Amazon on my latest Amex statement. After checking my online orders with Amazon, I couldn't find any matching transactions. Following a call to Amazon's customer service, they couldn't locate the charge in their records. Despite providing the transaction number to Amex, Amazon's list of my orders did not include the $18.65 charge. Following Amazon's advice, I disputed the charge with American Express, but the claim was closed in favor of the charge being valid. I am happy to pay for items I purchase but should not be held accountable for items not received. Could you please reach out to Amazon and rectify this billing discrepancy?

My card got locked for security reasons due to fraud. I attempted to unlock it using email, but my email also got blocked for security. Sadly, I couldn't click on the links provided. I've been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes now, and there is no music playing, just silence. I am eager to verify the transactions by checking my online account and regain access to my money promptly. After this ordeal, I plan to close all my serve accounts due to the frustrating experience with their inadequate customer service.

My Serve account is locked because I can no longer access the old email associated with it. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received assistance on updating the email. Now, the Serve app is prompting a one-time authentication linked to the inaccessible email, further complicating the issue. To add to the frustration, my card is completely blocked, and after reaching out for help to resolve this since 1:45pm EST, there has been no human contact or resolution. This has resulted in thousands of dollars being inaccessible. Once this matter is resolved, I plan to transfer my funds promptly and cease using Jackson Hewitt or American Express Serve due to this exasperating process.

I have received a Temporary card with a balance, but I am unable to confirm my email because the link was not sent to me. I have been experiencing issues with Jackson Hewitt since the beginning. Even though I will be reimbursed for the tax fee, I am stuck. I have already ordered the permanent card with my name, Jody Littlefield, on it. I kindly request prompt assistance to resolve this issue so I can use the card for bill payments. Thank you in advance for your help. Good day, Jody Littlefield.

Three days ago, I received a text message at work about a $5 charge that I didn't recognize. Initially, I denied it without much thought. Yesterday, when my card wasn't working at the store for a grocery purchase, I realized that I may have mistakenly declined a legitimate charge. I've been on hold with customer service for over 24 hours, called nine times, and searched online for help to no avail. It's frustrating that the only way to reach them is by phone. I urgently need the money as I'm low on gas for work. The $5 charge was actually from an old autopay setup. This sudden issue with labeling it as fraudulent is confusing since it has been there for years without any problems. It's been a stressful experience waiting on the phone as they could have resolved this better. I'm disappointed with their service and feel helpless. I tried contacting them via email, but was directed back to calling. It's been a struggle to even speak to a person. Money is tight, and I rely on it for everything. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

I am experiencing a significant issue with American Express Serve. I am unable to access my account, which means I can't confirm if my direct deposit has been received or make online purchases. Despite entering the correct ID and password, the system continuously locks me out, prompting me to reset my password each time. When attempting to unlock my account via phone, the automated system repeatedly fails to recognize my input when asked for my social security number or card number. This cycle of errors is proving frustrating and unproductive. I have followed all suggested steps to resolve the issue to no avail.

I recently received a Serve American Express card from the Jackson Hewitt office at Walmart in Bristol, Virginia. Unfortunately, the tax preparer misspelled my email address on the account. I was expecting an advance on my taxes, but was not informed that the advance program ended on February 20th. I tried to activate the card online to ensure my tax refund would go to the correct account, but faced difficulties for three hours. I would like to have my email address corrected to [redacted] and ensure my refund goes to the right card. My name is Sandrine Pierce, and you can reach me at [redacted]. My billing address is P.O. Box [redacted], Abingdon, Virginia [redacted], and my physical address is [redacted] Calima Drive, Abingdon, Virginia [redacted]. Kindly update my information or have someone contact me as soon as possible.
