Get access to my **** money they put an unnecessary hold on ... I was on hold for one hour and forty minutes to speak with a supervisor because the incompetent csr couldnt provide me with help I needed(releasing $*** hold for $**.** in gas i purchased. After all that tome I was disconnected.
Because i have wasted hours on this now and feel like they dont care about customer seevice problems and the lack of choice to complain to anyone
First I want my money released to me ASAP. Second I want an actual supervisor to contact me and explain what part of customer experience has been within the parameters of how they traon. I want this done after they do a complete review of our recorded phone conversations. WOW. I JUST SEEN THAT THERE WAS A RANDOM $*** charge to my card today after my last attempt to resolve my issue.
Because i am not a bad one. I brag about the benefits of the card to others . However that stops now , I will never recommend this company again
