I live in the UK.We booked a cruise from FLL last June.Travel company paid for the flights which were in the package.At the end of July I purchased * preferred seats from AA direct not thro travel agent.Our flight was cancelled in September by AA.*My flight locator was OMQHKG.I and my wife have been refunded for the preferred seats but nothing has been received by our friends (flight locator EXORMB).My debit card was credited today by AA for the preferred seats but our friends have not.They are Anthony and Barbara McAdam.I paid for their preferred seats.What can I do.
