My flight number was AA**** at *** out of CMH to LGA. I arrived at * AM for this flight, as my family and I were waiting around *** we were informed that AA had not scheduled a stewardess for this flight. My family not only missed out on quality time with the other family we were heading to visit, but we also missed out on the plans the family had scheduled for that morning! We were delayed for more than * hrs. I do understand that weather is in a God’s hands, but this was the fault of AA to not have a stewardess ready for a flight! The ticket agent informed me this was your mistake ,the Pilots were there ready to go as was all the passengers who relied on AA to get us to are destination. Then coming home on flight AA **** from LGA to CMH we arrived at *** for a **** flight! Well to no surprise we were seated all on time ready to go....to be informed the plane had mechanical problems. So my family and I get off the plane go to the next gate to board another plane! Then we wait for about another hour to board. We land at CMH an hour half late! While waiting to get my luggage we hear someone say the auto pilot didn’t work on that flight! Help me here I don’t feel that this is fair to a paying customer to have to deal with all these things from one airline. I truly feel that I deserve some type of compensation for everything my family and I went through. Truly I have never experienced this much of a mess with any other airline! Thanks
